Our Mission & Vision

Kingly Community Resource Center and the Hands On Care Coordination program exists to help pregnant and post pregnancy women and families get the support and referrals they need to have a healthy baby and improve their quality of life.

We accomplish our mission by providing prenatal care coordination and post pregnancy care coordination along with direct support services in the form of:

parenting classes and self-empowerment training
Health assessments and information
Goal setting and care planning
Advocacy.
employment training and resume preparation
job search and interview prep
Job listings
computer lab

An example of the types of community referrals we make include:

healthcare
personal assistance programs
Family assistance programs

As a result of our efforts, combined with that of similar organizations, we envision a decrease in premature births, underweight births and infant mortality.
